It dims nicely, there's no hum and the best part of it that sold it, was that the unit is very slick looking and way smaller than any other 150watt transformers out there, my client just loves the fact that she doesn't have to see any more big'ol trans. boxes on her wall. the reason for my 4 star, is because, they don't carry a 300 watt yet.
